Vettr collects the following information from candidates: email address, voice interview transcript, project simulation responses, and AI-generated scorecard results. From companies and admins, we collect email address and login credentials.

2. How We Use Your Data

Candidate data is used solely to evaluate suitability for a specific job opportunity and generate an unbiased scorecard for the hiring company. We do not use your data for marketing or share it with any third parties outside of the relevant hiring company.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely in an encrypted database. Access is restricted to authorised Freelance PM Club admins and the specific company involved in the evaluation. Candidate data is not visible to other candidates or unrelated companies.

4. AI Processing

Voice transcripts and simulation results are processed by AI to generate scorecards. This processing is done to support hiring decisions and is not used to train AI models or shared outside of the platform.

5. Your Rights

Vettr uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
