1. About Vettr

Vettr is an AI-powered candidate evaluation platform built in partnership with The Freelance PM Club. It is used to evaluate shortlisted freelance and consultant project management candidates on behalf of hiring companies.

2. Who Can Use Vettr

Vettr is accessible to three types of users: (1) Freelance PM Club admins, who manage evaluation pipelines; (2) approved companies, who review candidate results; and (3) candidates, who are invited directly by the Freelance PM Club to complete their evaluation steps.

3. Candidate Evaluations

Candidates who receive an invite are asked to complete a voice interview and a project simulation. Responses are used solely to generate an unbiased scorecard for the hiring company. Candidates do not see their own scorecard or AI analysis.

4. Data & Privacy

Candidate data including email addresses, voice transcripts, simulation answers, and scorecard results are stored securely and shared only with the relevant hiring company. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.

5. AI-Generated Content

Scorecards, simulation questions, and interview analysis are generated using AI. These outputs are intended as decision-support tools and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. Vettr and The Freelance PM Club are not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
